Quick Capture

What it does

Quick Capture is a small Windows program built for personal use. You press a keyboard shortcut, type a thought, and press one key to file it as a reminder, agenda topic, note, calendar item, or email draft body. An end-of-day screen lets you review and edit everything.

How it uses Google

If the owner chooses to connect a Google account, the program can, on the owner’s request, create items in Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and (optionally) Gmail drafts. It does not read, search, or send email and it does not read existing calendar or task data. It only creates, and later deletes, the items the owner files with it.

Quick Capture is not offered to the public. It is used only by its owner. Read the Privacy Policy.
